Free Shipping
if free shipping is available it will be displayed as an option at checkout on residential orders over $150 (North Island) and $350 (South Island). Rural delivery is excluded due to the high costs associated with Rural Delivery Shipping.
Bulky items (Spa Covers, Sauna, Spa Pools, Cold Plunge Pools) and some heavy items (electric motors, slides) will have a fixed price shipping charge due to the large cost to ship. This is likely still cheaper than the actual shipping cost.
Time Frame
Please allow 1 to 5 business days to receive your order. We try to send orders out as soon as they are received so you might receive your order on the next business day.
Online Store Returns Policy
We accept returns on New Unopened products within 30 days.
Return is at the customers cost.
Reasons:
- Received wrong product
- Wrong product ordered
- Damage in transit

Once returned products are received, we will advise the course of action and send a replacement product or issue a store credit or refund.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain regions.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
