Every Hot Spring spa comes with an extensive parts & Labour warranty. That covers every part of the spa. The warranties can be viewed below. Unlike many spa companies that have confusing warranties that usually are no better than the consumer guarantees ACT Hot Spring Spa warranties are simple to read and understand and cover the heater elements regardless of water chemistry.

Ford Hot Spring Spas has been installing Hot Spring Spas in the BOP and further afield since 1990. We have the best delivery equipment and personnel, combined with years of experience to ensure spa deliveries are carried out in a safe manner preventing damage to people and property.
Qualified Service Staff
Our service personnel (not sub-contractors) are legally qualified to do repairs & maintenance on Hot Spring Spas and have been through extensive training at the HotSpring Spas NZ factory training seminars. Combined with the required Electrical qualifications your spa installation and repairs are in good hands.
Products that are made to last
At Ford Spa Pools we have chosen to stock HotSpring Spa Products exclusively, though there are multiple cheaper Chinese made products available to us. As we have decades, not years, of experience in this market we know what the differences are in these products and prefer to offer a quality product made to a quality standard rather than a price point. Many of our spas are well over 25 years old and still going strong.
