Free Shipping
Applies to some North Island Non Rural only - if free shipping is available it will be displayed as an option at checkout on orders over $150. Bulky items (spa covers and spa pools) and some heavy items (electric motors, slides) may have a fixed price shipping charge.
Time Frame
Please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your order. We try to send orders out as soon as they are received so you might receive your order on the next business day.
Online Store Returns Policy (accessories and chemicals only).
We accept returns on most unused and undamaged products except special order items including slides, spa covers and spa pools. Return is at the customers cost. A Restocking fee of $50 plus our actual freight cost (not the price the customer paid) to initially freight the item to the customer. The return will be credited against your account for future purchases.

Once returned products are received, we will advise the course of action and send a replacement product or issue a store credit at our discretion as soon as possible.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain regions.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
